DY Productions Client Delivery Policy

At DY Productions, we prioritize safety, professionalism, and convenience in all our client interactions. As part of this commitment, we have established the following delivery policy:
All final deliverables—whether video, photo, or audio—will be made available through secure digital channels only. Our standard delivery method is via Google Drive, where we upload the final work and provide a link for download.

Under no circumstances will DY Productions deliver final work to a client’s private home or personal address. All pickups or deliveries must be done at our studio or via dispatch rider service.
If a client provides a flash drive or other storage, we will securely copy the final work and dispatch it via a trusted courier or dispatch service—no personal visits.

For any music videos or other digital content, we will always provide a download link via Google Drive or a similar professional platform. This is both secure and ensures a clear record of delivery.
We reserve the right to take legal action if any client demands personal, unsafe, or unprofessional delivery methods, or if any harm comes to our staff.
